1. Schema Review

For tech leads and developers who want a DynamoDB design checked before it reaches production. Async, 3 to 7 business days, no calls. Three fixed tiers.

2. Architecture Review

For founders and CTOs at Series A who want to know what their AWS setup is costing them, and what could break it.

I look at your whole AWS setup: cost, infrastructure, resilience, and data model.

Duration: 1 week.
Kickoff: a 60 min call about what worries you.
Access: read-only access to your AWS account and repo. I don't change anything.
Deliverable: a written report with a prioritised fix list and estimated savings.
Walkthrough: a 60 min call to go through the report.
Price: ₹50,000 (India) / $750 (international). Paid upfront.

3. Fractional CTO retainer

For teams that want a senior technical voice every week. A fixed monthly scope, not hourly billing: roughly half a day a week.

Includes:

Async Slack access
A 45 min weekly call
Architecture and design reviews
Review of critical-path PRs
Hiring support: job descriptions and technical interviews
A monthly tech health note

Excludes: on-call, weekends, and feature building. Your team builds. I help it build the right things.

Price: ₹1,00,000 (India) / $1,800 (international) per month, billed monthly in advance.
Term: 3 month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
Capacity: I take on 2 clients at a time.

How I work

Async first, IST time zone. I've shipped products at startups since 2015 and grew an engineering team from 6 to about 35 at a Series B fintech. I run my own production serverless systems on AWS, and I wrote the singletable.dev pattern library.

Payment

Architecture Reviews and retainers are invoiced. In India, pay by bank transfer or a Razorpay link. Elsewhere, pay via Wise, Skydo, or Payoneer.
